SummaryThe Training & Organizational Development Manager acts as a liaison and adviser to leadership and facilitates the organizations development initiatives across Vytl Controls Group. This position will plan develop implement and administer training programs for all company personnel. This position will also be responsible for the development integration and sustainability of organizational development plans and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational and facilitate Leadership Management and Technical Training as neededLead the delivery of various technical training courses at various expertise levels to the technicians across the companyAssist the Director of Quality and Compliance in the ongoing application facilitation maintenance recording and reporting of the Technician Training implement and maintain a Mentoring HR Coordinator and VP of HR in development and maintenance of Community College and High School Outreach ProgramsDevelop partnerships for Training and Job Placement Programs with local Community Colleges and Trade SchoolsPositional Requirements & QualificationsEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED degree preferred3-5 or more years experience in Training and/or Organizational Development & AbilitiesMust be a team written and oral communication to prioritize and complete projects within a to work in a fast-paced environment; demonstrate ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple demands with a positive strong customer service skills; promotes quality customer be able to travel and have a clear driving record in accordance with the companys driving background check within company and customer be able to pass drug & alcohol Physical FunctionsLifting up to 25 poundsBending stooping ability to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to travel and have a clear driving record in accordance to company driving guidelinesThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed.
