Maintenance Tech

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our production operations and facility infrastructure. This role is essential to ensuring equipment reliability minimizing downtime and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting ability handson mechanical and electrical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across position is a fulltime onsite role on 1st shift (7:00 AM 3:00 PM) Monday through ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive predictive and scheduled maintenance on production and support and repair electromechanical systems including drives PLCs HMIs PCs sensors motors and machine failure analysis identify root causes and recommend corrective with process engineers operators and fellow technicians to improve equipment performance and and oversee work performed by outside contractors when request and track materials or parts needed for assigned in Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives to increase equipment uptime and promptly to maintenance calls and unplanned equipment accurate documentation in the CMMS (Asset Essentials) and follow established maintenance all safety policies and maintain a clean organized work are fully equipped with company-provided tools no personal tools QualificationsAssociate degree in ElectroMechanical Technology Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent technical training; OR 35 years of related experience with PLC HMI PCbased systems and machinery mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to lift and carry up to 50 to work independently and as part of a communication skills both written and with CMMS software and Microsoft be comfortable working in a tempered facility QualificationsExperience in offset or flexographic printing and/or packaging in manufacturing industrial automation or highspeed production with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean 5S TPM).The physical demands require standing using hands to finger feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. Thisposition requires frequent walking. Occasionally employee is required to climb or balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl.
