Overview
The Housekeeping Rooms Coordinator Intern supports the daily operations of the Housekeeping department. This role is ideal for students seeking hands-on exposure to hotel operations service excellence and the coordination required to deliver a comfortable and welcoming stay for every guest. Must be enrolled in a post-secondary program to apply.

What Will I Be Doing
Support the Housekeeping leadership team with daily room assignment sheets for
Room Attendants and Housepersons.

Monitor room status updates and communicate changes to the Front Office team.

Coordinate guest requests amenities and special room preferences.

Assist with lost and found documentation and follow up.

Review room inspection reports and support quality control processes.

Maintain accurate records and inventory logs for linens supplies and equipment.

Respond to guest and team member inquiries promptly and professionally.

Follow all housekeeping safety and security standards required by Hilton.

Uphold Hilton brand service expectations in every interaction.

Perform other duties as assigned.
