INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Valid Business License (if necessary for the service type)
• Workers Compensation Insurance
• General Liability Insurance
• Federal EIN #
• Other verifiable business
• 18 years of age minimum
• Favorable background investigation results
• You can not be a sole proprietor

We are selectively partnering with contractors who meet the following:

• Proven experience in commercial HVAC services (required)
• Proper licensing and certifications (as required by state/local regulations)
• EPA certification (required)
• Ability to diagnose and repair systems independently
• Professional tools and service equipment
• General liability insurance (required)
• Workers compensation coverage (as applicable)
• Reliable transportation and service capability
• Strong communication and professionalism

Preferred:

• Experience with multi-site commercial clients
• Ability to support preventative maintenance programs
• Responsive and capable of handling service calls efficiently

The Opportunity

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking licensed commercial HVAC contractors to support our growing portfolio of commercial clients.

We manage facility maintenance across offices medical facilities schools and industrial properties that require reliable HVAC service maintenance and repair to maintain safe and comfortable environments.

This is an opportunity to access consistent qualified service calls and maintenance programs without the need to prospect bid blindly or chase payments.

If you operate a structured HVAC business and are looking to supplement your pipeline with steady well-managed commercial work this may be a strong fit.

The selected contractor will provide commercial HVAC services including:

• Preventative maintenance (PM programs)
• Diagnostics troubleshooting and repairs
• Filter changes and system inspections
• Rooftop unit (RTU) service and maintenance
• Split systems package units and ventilation systems
• Thermostat and control checks
• Emergency service response (as needed)

Work may include:

• Recurring maintenance schedules (quarterly semi-annual annual)
• Service calls across multiple commercial locations
• Coordination with facility managers and City Wide team
• Documentation of findings repairs and recommendations

You will be expected to:
