THE ROLE

As our Assistant Business Manager Marc Jacobs you play a critical role in supporting the Business Manager to deliver sales targets lead the team by example and protect the bold DNA of the brand. You balance people leadership shopfloor presence and operational excellence to create highimpact customer experiences.

You will be reporting to the Business Manager and you will manage:

Sales Performance & Customer Experience

• Support delivery of monthly sales targets and Coty KPIs
• Lead by example on the shop floor driving conversion and UPT
• Deliver elevated makeup and fragrance consultations that inspire loyalty
• Build strong customer relationships through confident storytelling
• Champion upselling while maintaining a premium Marc Jacobs experience

Team Leadership & Development

• Support daytoday leadership of the counter team
• Coach and motivate team members to achieve individual and collective goals
• Lead by example in service artistry and brand representation
• Support onboarding training and development of new team members
• Step into leadership during Business Manager absence when required

Excellence of Execution

• Protect Marc Jacobs brand equity at all times on counter
• Ensure VM merchandising and stock standards are executed flawlessly
• Maintain strong commercial awareness of brand performance and competitors
• Support accurate completion of rotas payroll and monthend processes
• Adhere to grooming uniform and retailer Code of Conduct standards

Operations & Processes

• Use iPad tools for reporting communication and VM guidelines
• Support compliance with Coty systems policies and procedures
• Maintain secure handling of systems passwords and documentation

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a developing retail leader you thrive in a fastpaced luxury environment where individuality and performance go hand in hand. You bring confidence to the shop floor take ownership of results and inspire others through your attitude and actions.

• Proven experience in luxury beauty retail with strong makeup artistry
• First experience coaching or supporting others in a leadership capacity
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
• Natural leadership presence with the ability to influence and motivate
• Ownership mentality you treat the counter like its your own business
• Detaildriven with a high standard of execution
• Teamfocused collaborative and eager to grow
• Fragrance knowledge preferred
