Job Description:
Must be knowledgeable of the end-to-end ITP process: MM-LIV and FI integration FI-AP Payments OpenText VIM and document archiving into ECM SAP Basic TMS freight invoices and VAT legal compliance for supplier invoices.

SAP I2P Functional Analyst

Skill set

• FI resources with AP Skills and if possible payments/banking.
• Basic VIM knowledge
• Must be knowledgeable of the end-to-end ITP process: MM-LIV and FI integration FI-AP Payments OpenText VIM and document archiving into ECM SAP Basic TMS freight invoices and VAT legal compliance for supplier invoices.
• VIM expertise is not needed for all cases. Payment cases must be addressed as well and would not need VIM experience. There are also other non-VIM cases.
• SAP MM Coupa Integration exposure to CPI

Activities

• Develop I2P test scripts to support the test cases for I2P.
• Currently have about 100 scenarios that would need to be duplicated (HK & CH). Yet some of the 100 requirements could be consolidated into single scenarios. Thus likely not 100 different test scenarios.
• No embedded data Data for script execution should be maintained centrally and reference the test case.
• Support development of test data
• Test data creation is needed to identify and modify China Golden Tax cXML files and modify to match test POs for VIM ingestion.
• Test data creation is needed for China Golden Tax legal xml invoices and possibly some other manual documents for VIM PDF ingestion and testing BCC/OCR. For payment testing there may be some FI invoice creation needed.
• Test data creation is needed to identify and modify China Golden Tax cXML files and modify to match test POs for VIM ingestion.
• As C2 build is also moving along there is nothing stopping us developing the scripts for C2 as well.
• Develop training material (once test scripts complete)
