Job Summary

Trial Attorneys

Locations: Los Angeles Orange County and Walnut Creek

Our client is seeking three Trial Attorneys one for each office. These attorneys will handle all aspects of case management including trial and arbitration and should be seasoned advocates with strong courtroom skills and deep knowledge of medicine and malpractice litigation.

Key requirements include:

J.D. Degree
Licensed to practice law in California
Minimum 8 years of medical malpractice or civil litigation experience
Ability to lead and motivate staff on research investigation and trial preparation
Ability to mentor train and build enthusiasm among staff counsel
Ability to serve as second chair or lead chair in trials and arbitrations
Strong independent judgment and client relationship skills
