Overview
Tekberry is seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Verification Engineer to support our client Moog a global leader in precision motion control solutions for aerospace and defense applications. This role supports the Space and Defense Group s Spacecraft Avionics team and focuses on leading requirement verification activities across complex electronic systems.
This position plays a critical role in planning and executing system-level verification through analysis and testing of embedded avionics hardware and software under various environmental conditions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in electronics embedded systems and aerospace verification processes along with a strong ability to lead cross-functional engineering efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Systems Verification & Test Execution
Plan and execute requirement verification activities using analysis and testing methods
Develop and maintain test plans and procedures for embedded systems verification
Verify electrical mechanical and software requirements under various environmental conditions (temperature vibration EMI/EMC etc.)
Support product qualification validation and acceptance testing
Engineering Analysis & Validation
Perform engineering analyses such as:
- Worst-case circuit analysis
- Component stress/derating analysis
- Signal integrity and timing analysis
- System safety and hazard analysis
- Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA)
Troubleshoot complex embedded systems down to the component level
Lead root cause analysis for test failures and non-conformances
Test Development & Documentation
Author maintain and train teams on test procedures and scripts
Generate and manage technical documentation including reports procedures and verification artifacts
Maintain configuration-controlled documentation using established CM processes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering manufacturing quality and program teams
Lead and coordinate verification efforts across engineers and technicians
Support program execution within defined scope schedule and budget
Program Execution & Continuous Improvement
Participate in cross-functional product teams to support program deliverables
Identify risks improve verification processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure adherence to engineering and business process standards
Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or related field
Minimum 6 years of engineering experience (10 years preferred)
Proven experience in one or more of the following:
- Digital power or mixed-signal electronics design
- Printed circuit board (PCB) design and prototyping
- Embedded systems (microcontrollers FPGAs ASICs)
- Aerospace or defense system verification and modeling
- Environmental and system-level testing
Strong troubleshooting skills at the component (IC) level
Experience with engineering tools: MS Word Excel PowerPoint Visio
Strong understanding of electrical schematics drawing standards and system architecture
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in aerospace or space systems engineering
Background in system modeling and requirement development
Experience leading technical teams and verification efforts
Familiarity with configuration management and regulated environments
