Shift Schedule:

• Clinic-based schedule
• May include weekday coverage and potential extended hours based on facility needs

How Many Shifts Needed per Month: 20 22 shifts per month (based on 2080 hours/year)

License:

• Active valid unrestricted Physician License (any U.S. state)
• DEA License (required)

Certifications:

• Board Certified in Family Practice
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

Experience Needed:

• Completion of 36 months Family Practice Residency (U.S.)
• Minimum 1 year experience in specialty

Special Skills Needed:

• Outpatient primary care
• Diagnosis and treatment across all age groups
• Preventive care and chronic disease management
• EMR/EHR documentation
• Ability to work in rural/tribal healthcare settings
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient management

Credentialing / Onboarding Time: 6 8 Weeks

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all age groups
• Diagnose treat and manage acute and chronic illnesses
• Perform routine check-ups preventive care and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with IHS and federal healthcare standards
• Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives
