INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

• We are selectively partnering with contractors who meet the following:
• Proven experience in commercial cleaning (required)
• Ability to staff and manage accounts reliably
• Professional cleaning equipment and supplies (or ability to obtain)
• General liability insurance (required)
• Workers compensation coverage (as applicable)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and accountability
• Commitment to quality consistency and professionalism
• Preferred:
• Experience with medical office or institutional facilities
• Ability to perform inspections and maintain quality control
• Capacity to take on recurring accounts

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking experienced commercial cleaning contractors to support our growing portfolio of commercial clients across the region.

We manage facility maintenance for offices medical facilities schools and industrial propertiesand we are building a network of professional service partners who can deliver consistent high-quality results.

This is an opportunity to access steady recurring commercial work without the need to prospect bid blindly or chase payments.

If you operate a structured cleaning business and are looking to grow with reliable accounts and long-term stability this may be a strong fit.

The selected contractor will provide professional commercial cleaning services including:

• General janitorial services (dusting vacuuming mopping trash removal)
• Restroom cleaning and sanitation
• Breakroom and common area cleaning
• Floor care (hard surface maintenance basic care programs)
• High-touch surface disinfection
• Periodic services (deep cleaning detailing specialty tasks as needed)

Work may include:

• Nightly or scheduled recurring service (typically 5x per week or as defined)
• After-hours work in occupied facilities
• Coordination with facility managers and City Wide team

You will be expected to:

• Follow defined scopes and specifications
• Maintain consistency and attention to detail
• Deliver inspection-ready results
