Job Summary

A coveted Plaintiffs personal injury law firm seeks a Top Notch Paralegal with experience in SC Personal Injury and Workers Compensation law.

(Defense paralegals are encouraged to apply)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
6 years of SC personal injury & workers compensation case management experience.

Litigation experience

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.

Previous experience with case management software.

Professional demeanor and appearance required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent computer skills.

Experience speaking with clients daily.

Handle case load of 70 personal injury/workers compensation cases.

Type legal correspondence.

Collect medical records & bills (you have your own assistant to help)

Drafting demand packages

Set up IMEs.

Draft Briefs.
