Provide leadership and management to the staff on shift guaranteeing the achievement of the companys objectives and Responsibilities:Supervise the area: personnel control monitoring vacations permits and up on production programs and address urgent key performance indicators (KPIs) and waste levels within established and support the team to achieve production and quality progress and relevant situations during shift with and utilize technical leadership as a resourceComply with and enforce established safety :Education: Industrial Mechanical Engineering or related : 3 to 5 years in production supervision or similar of ERP systems (SAP Radius Oracle).Basic Excel to work mixed Competencies:Leadership and team and -solving and decision-making under considerations:MCC offers a competitive wage and generous benefits package
