About the Role
We are looking for a Food Safety Auditor to conduct audits and assessments for HACCP GMP ISO 22000 FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001 across food manufacturing processing and retail operations. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise industry experience and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct food safety audits in line with HACCP GMP ISO 22000 FSSC 22000 & ISO 9001.
- Evaluate food safety and quality management systems.
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to clients.
- Manage audit schedules and travel to client sites.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Food Science Food Technology Food Safety Biotechnology or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in food safety quality assurance inspection or auditing.
- Knowledge of ISO 22000 HACCP GMP and ISO 9001.
- Completed training in HACCP (minimum 2day); ISO 22000 and/or FSSC 22000 training and Lead Auditor course (ISO 22000 and/or ISO 9001) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Willing to travel.
