We are hiring for our client a highly regarded international professional services firm to appoint a Personal Assistant (Legal) to join their Belfast office.
This Personal Assistant role will support a mix of Partners and Associates within a busy commercial team providing a blend of secretarial administrative and client-facing support. The successful Personal Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team working across both contentious and non-contentious matters.

The Role
Provide full PA and administrative support to Partners and Associates
Manage complex diaries meetings and travel arrangements
Coordinate billing and credit control processes
Draft correspondence and produce high-quality documentation
Manage inboxes e-filing systems and client records
Liaise with clients and handle queries professionally
Organise meetings events and seminars
Support marketing activity and maintain client databases
Ensure all work is delivered accurately and within deadlines
The Person
Previous PA/Legal Secretary experience
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and client-facing ability
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Fast and accurate typing skills (audio/copy typing preferred)
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Proactive team-focused and adaptable approach
