Job Description

The Project Coordinator supports the planning execution and monitoring of projects by
coordinating activities tracking progress and ensuring clear communication across
cross-functional teams. This role works closely with Project Managers Project Engineering
Contractors Operations Supply Chain and external vendors to help deliver projects on time
within scope and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Support Project Managers in planning and executing projects across the full project lifecycle
Maintain project schedules action logs risk registers and status reports
Coordinate cross-functional meetings document minutes and track follow-up actions
Monitor project milestones deliverables and dependencies; escalate risks or delays as needed
Assist with purchase order tracking capital documentation and change management records
Interface with Engineering Manufacturing Quality Supply Chain Finance and external vendors
Ensure project documentation is accurate current and properly archived
Support new product introduction (NPI) capacity growth and process improvement initiatives
Help standardize project management tools templates and reporting processes

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Project Management or a related field (or equivalent
experience)
5 years of experience in a project coordination project engineering or operations support role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing or technical environment

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting capital projects equipment installations or manufacturing initiatives
Familiarity with NPI stage-gate processes or continuous improvement methodologies
Exposure to ERP systems Power BI or project management software
