Weve had an exciting fixed term opportunity open up in our Legal teamas a Senior Legal Counsel. This role is located in Wellington andwill play a key role in supporting Sharesies growth.

Were looking for people who love the idea of working in a dynamic innovative environment and who are as excited about our vision as we are. For the Senior Legal Counsel role we are specifically looking for someone who:

• Has experience in financial services corporate and commercial law
  
• Has the ability to demonstrate sound legal and commercial judgement in complex situations
• Is proactive responsive and can deliver clear risk aware timely legal advice
  
• Specific experience with KiwiSaver and managed investment funds is advantageous
• Is adaptable to change and is motivated by our vision and purpose
