Do you want to shape the future of learning in the surveillance industry Axis Communications is looking for a strategic and creative Academy Program Manager to provide quality education and training to our partners and customers in APAC and to develop and elevate the Axis Academy experience across the whole region.
The Academy Program Manager APAC plays a key role in positioning Axis Academy as a strategic engine for partner and customer a channel-driven business ensuring our partners are educated and certified across Axis products solutions and technologies is essential for competitiveness and market success.
Axis Academy in APAC delivers online courses classroom training webinars and digital modulestraining over 5000 customers annually.
Reporting to the APAC Partner Marketing function this role drives the planning management and execution of Academy programs across the region.
The role leads curriculum strategy learning paths program rollout user experience governance and performance measurementensuring fast time-to-market consistent branding and high-quality content that strengthens partner capability loyalty and revenue impact. It also supports sales regional trainers and marketing teams by providing a unified and scalable educational offering.
We are looking for a self-starter who can navigate complexity solve business challenges proactively collaborate effectively across functions and deliver results that contribute to APACs growth ambitions.
This is an individual contributor role and requires a professional who excels at cross-functional coordination and can lead programs and campaigns that scale across the region. You are passionate about education and learning and thrive at the intersection of strategy content communication and change management.

The role is based in our Singapore office (5-day workweek) with a strong focus on work-life balance. As an APAC regional role international travel of approximately 25% is expected.
What youll do:
Regional & Global Strategy Governance & Alignment
- Represent APAC in the Global Academy Council and lead the APAC Academy Council to shape future curriculum certification strategy and regional priorities.
- Provide insights on market needs trainer feedback and adult learning trends to influence global content and long-term Academy roadmap.
- Drive APAC change-management initiatives and champion evolution of Academy offerings to bring added value to Sales and partners.
Academy Program & Operations Management
- Oversee and enhance APAC Academy programs learning paths certifications trainer readiness and course rollouts.
- Manage Academy KPIs dashboards reporting fill-rateanalysis and continuous improvement across the partner and customer enablement journey.
- Lead LMS operations vendor management backend issue resolution and process automation to drive operational excellence.
Academy Go-to-Market Adoption & Certification Growth
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop messaging campaign toolkits and promotional plans that elevate Academys visibility and certification value.
- Strengthen partner certification adoption improve customer learning experiences and manage specialized content projects.
- Ensure consistent regional promotion of courses and position Academy as a premium competitive enablement pathway for the partner ecosystem.
Who are we looking for:
Background and experience:
Strong Learning & Enablement Experience (L&D / Academy / Training)
510 years in Learning & Development Partner Enablement Technical Training or Education Program Management.
Experience managing learning portfolios certification programs learning paths and LMS platforms.
Experience in Channel or B2B Technology Environments
Ideally from IT/security/AV/networking/cloud industries.
Understanding of a channel ecosystem and how training drives partner capability loyalty and revenue.
Proven Program & Change Management Capability
Has led multi-market or regional programspreferably across APAC.
Skilled in rolling out frameworks toolkits policies and change initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

Data-Driven Mindset
Comfortable envisioning dashboards measuring KPIs and using data to improve Academy effectiveness.
Familiarity with Salesforce/Pardot/LMS reporting is ideal.
Operational Excellence
Strong on process optimisation automation documentation and work smarter ways of working.
Ability to resolve backend issues and manage vendors.
Leadership Communication & Influencer
Strong influencing and communications skills
Clear communicator who can articulate the value of Academy to partners sales teams and stakeholders.
Strong writing skills for messaging course updates and internal alignment.
