TheAssistant PlannersupportsQVC UK playing a key role in merchandising and planning by delivering accurate reporting supporting live and nonlive channel activity and enabling informed commercial decisionmaking across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working at pace values accuracy and wants to grow their planning and merchandising capability within a collaborative customerfocused environment. Youll operate as aLeader of Self taking ownership of your output continuously improving how things are done and contributing positively to team success.

Where Youll Work

This role ishybridand will require you to be onsite at ourLondon (Chiswick) office2 days a week. Onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company.

What Youll Do

• You will support the Planning team withaccurate and timely reporting including reorder submissions inventory downloads advance order sales and pricing checks ensuring data integrity at all times

• Youll create maintain and amendlive and nonlive show plans and scheduleswithin JAMM responding quickly to shortterm changes and business priorities

• You will partner closely withNonLive Channels and Programming teams building shows managing repeats reducing clashes and communicating key schedule updates across the business

• You will monitor performance of promotional activity teases and shows providing insight and recommendations to helpdeliver results with speed

• Take ownership of defined processes identifying opportunities to simplify improve accuracy and work more efficiently in a fastmoving environment

What Youll Bring

• You will have experience in aplanning merchandising or retail support role with a strong understanding of sales margin inventory and commercial KPIs

• High attention to detail with confidence working withdata reports and systemsto support decisionmaking in a live trading environment

• Strong Excel skills and the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems (experience with merchandise management or scheduling tools is an advantage)

• A proactive resilient mindset with apositive cando approach aligned to QVCs leadership competencies ofRealise My Personal BestandLead with Agility

• Clear communication skills and a collaborative style enabling you tobuild strong relationshipsacross planning programming and trading teams
