Enterprise Analytics - Data Analyst 2

What This Job Involves

JLL Technologies Enterprise Analytics is an internal consulting team that provides data-driven expertise to various business lines and support functions. As an analyst in the Enterprise Analytics Team you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data related to CRE Capital Markets and Leasing processes sales and financial information and market trends to support decision-making within the organization. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders including senior business analysts data engineers data scientists and business leaders to understand their requirements and deliver valuable analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive reports dashboards and data visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics

• Understand complex business problems across JLL Business Lines (Capital Markets Leasing) and Corporate Services (Finance)

• Collaborate with Enterprise Analytics teams and stakeholders to build scalable analytical solutions

• Leverage modern data platforms statistical methods and visualization tools to deliver project outcomes including:

  • Interactive dashboards with key dimensions and metrics

  • Analysis presentations with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations

  • Advanced analytics outputs including correlation analysis predictive modeling and A/B testing results

  • Production-ready datasets for operationalizing analytical findings

• Apply generative AI and LLM-based tools where appropriate to enhance analytical workflows and insights generation

• Build and maintain automated data pipelines and workflows to improve efficiency

• Focus on continuous learning and development across emerging methods tools and analytical challenges

• Manage project deliverables proactively communicate roadblocks and develop creative solutions to advance initiatives

• Document methodologies processes and best practices to enable knowledge sharing across the team

Sounds Like You To Apply You Need:

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mathematics Statistics Engineering Computer Science Data Science Finance or other quantitative fields

• 2-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst in corporate consulting or tech environments

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis

• 2 years of hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure AWS or GCP)

• 2 years of experience with modern analytical tools:

  • Data platforms: SQL Databricks Snowflake

  • Programming: Python (pandas numpy scikit-learn)

  • Visualization: Tableau and Power BI

  • Productivity: Microsoft 365 suite (Excel PowerPoint Teams)

• Proficiency in statistical analysis hypothesis testing and experimental design

• Solid understanding of data modeling dimensional modeling and modern database design

• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development practices

• Familiarity with AI tools (Cursor Claude Copilot) and their application in analytics workflows (preferred)

• Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical and structured thinking approach

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to translate complex data insights for non-technical stakeholders

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies
