As the Finance Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving financial success and ensuring compliance across all financial operations. Reporting to the Regional Director of Finance SEAPAC you will oversee financial planning analysis reporting and treasury management while fostering a culture of simplicity quality and youthful spirit.

What you can expect

As the Finance Manager your key responsibilities will include:

• Financial Accounting & Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international standards
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the preparation of budgets forecasts and strategic financial plans and provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Treasury & Tax Management: Oversee cash flow tax compliance and risk management to safeguard the companys financial health
• Cost Management: Analyse cost structures and identify opportunities for efficiency and savings as well as implementing strategies to enhance profitability
• Team Leadership and collaboration: Inspire and guide the finance and IT team to achieve operational excellence and professional growth through fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management providing financial insights and recommendations

Your Profile:

• Experience: Proven experience in a finance management role preferably within the retail or fashion industry
• Education: Degree in Finance Accounting or a related field and CPA/CA qualification
• Competencies: Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills attention to detail and the ability to lead and develop a team and manage stakeholders effectively
