Hours: 3640 hours/week (36 hours guaranteed)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population including post-surgical cases to improve mobility function and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength mobility and function
• Treat patients in a 100% outpatient setting including post-surgical rehabilitation
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona (or eligible)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a consistent patient caseload

Additional Information:

• Open to new graduates and first-time travelers
• Patient volume expectation: 1214 patients per day (60 visits/week)
• No double-booking of follow-up visits
• No floating between clinics required
• Overtime must be pre-approved by the director
• Local candidates (within 50 miles) may be subject to a different pay rate
