Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population including post-surgical cases to improve mobility function and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength mobility and function
- Treat patients in a 100% outpatient setting including post-surgical rehabilitation
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona (or eligible)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a consistent patient caseload
Additional Information:
- Open to new graduates and first-time travelers
- Patient volume expectation: 1214 patients per day (60 visits/week)
- No double-booking of follow-up visits
- No floating between clinics required
- Overtime must be pre-approved by the director
- Local candidates (within 50 miles) may be subject to a different pay rate
