We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population including post-surgical cases to improve mobility function and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength mobility and function
Treat patients in a 100% outpatient setting including post-surgical rehabilitation
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Requirements:
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona (or eligible)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Outpatient experience preferred
Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage a consistent patient caseload
Additional Information:
Open to new graduates and first-time travelers
Patient volume expectation: 1214 patients per day (60 visits/week)
No double-booking of follow-up visits
No floating between clinics required
Overtime must be pre-approved by the director
Local candidates (within 50 miles) may be subject to a different pay rate
