Sr. Vendor Manager, Licensed Sports

Amazon Licensed Sports is looking for a team-oriented highly analytical and passionate business leader to join the team. The Sr. Vendor Manager will interface directly with manufacturers and brands to build scaled relationships and business opportunities. The Sr. Vendor Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a dynamic business. Within this role the individual will set a business strategy establish and maintain strong vendor relationships and manage a P&L. In addition this position is expected to provide cross functional leadership - driving systems process and customer experience improvements that will benefit sports fans at .

Amazon Licensed Sports is building the future of sports shopping and working to bring fans the best customer experience possible. The Licensed Sports team is responsible for the customer experience retail partnerships selection expansion and fan engagement and marketing strategies across professional leagues like the NFL NBA WNBA and NHL as well as collegiate properties. The Licensed Sports team is a fast growing and strategically imperative business within Amazon Stores and were looking for a dynamic and results-oriented leader to join our team.


- 5 years of account management project or program management or buying experience
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL
- Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience with business analysis and P&L management

- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products workflows or customer experiences

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
