- Build strong trusting relationships with pupils creating a positive classroom culture where all learners feel supported to succeed
- Use assessment effectively to monitor progress close attainment gaps and ensure all pupils achieve ambitious outcomes
- Contribute to a whole-school culture of collaboration working closely with colleagues families and the wider community
- Play an active role in staff development modelling best practice and supporting others through coaching and shared learning
Primary Teacher and Subject Leader - Candidate Specification:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong track record of excellent classroom practice
- Proven ability to deliver engaging and impactful lessons that inspire pupils
- A genuine belief in the importance of relationships and a commitment to supporting every child to succeed
- Leadership potential with the ability to coach and develop colleagues
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team
