Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a residential location.
• Respond to incidents alarms disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the residential property including common areas entry points parking areas and perimeter locations with working conditions that may vary by site.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitors observing incoming and outgoing activity and helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior.
• Support residential property operations by maintaining a visible presence assisting with security-related concerns and following post orders and armed post protocols at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security-related supervisor/manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience.
• Possess an armed guard card/license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
