Job Requirements

Your main areas of responsibility will include the following:

Demand Planning & Forecasting Support

• Support the preparation and submission of the Customer Brands (CB) forecast for the global team monthly.
• Maintain and update the Quota Tracker to ensure accurate visibility of allocations and limits.

Master Data

• Collaborate with Marketing & Category Management team prepare most up to date version of master data list to the multifunctional team.
• Use global product catalogue to update products status/barcode change etc.
• Support code creation
• Maintain and update tester mapping files for Lux and CB ensuring monthly uploads to SharePoint

Customer Portal Administration & Support

• Support daily and weekly updates on the Customer Portal in line with agreed timelines.
• Upload validate and track files within the portal to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor portal submissions and follow up with stakeholders on missing late or incorrect inputs.
• Maintain clear tracking logs for submissions updates and changes made on the portal.
• Support basic troubleshooting by identifying data or submission issues and escalating where required.

• Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (working knowledge of Excel)
