A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT AUDITOR AT THE MUNICIPALHOTEL & SPA MGALLERY

What youll be doing...

When you enter our hotel we want you to be wowedjustas we aspire for every guest to feel that same sense of awe during their firstinteraction with our space and our Heartists.

As a Night Auditor at The Municipal Hotel you will be thewelcoming face and gracious farewell of our guest journey during the set the tone for each stay with your warm demeanour refined presenceand impeccable attention to detail. Your role is essential in crafting aseamless and elevated experience that reflects the character and charm of boththe hotel and the MGallery brand.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We hire mostly on personality & potential but hereare a few of our requirements...

• Previous experience in a luxury or boutique hospitality setting preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in a natural engaging manner and highly presentable with strong attention to detail.
• Manoeuvring and delivery of guest luggage to desired locations.
• Prepare and deliver food and beverage room service orders following set guidelines and food hygiene protocols.
• Carryout floor walks during the shift as assigned by the Night Manager and assist them in handling guest concerns and requests.
• Carryout duties related to the Night Audit process on the Property Management System.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel Word and Outlook.
• Flexible availability including weekends evenings and holidays.
• Knowledge of the Accor brand and MGallery ethos and previous experience in Opera Cloud (PMS) is advantageous.

Other duties include:

Providing prompt and efficient assistance withopening doors loading and unloading luggage and assisting with transportationif needed.

Deliver exceptional customer serviceconsistently creating positive and memorable guest experiences adhering tobrand standards.

Addressing guest questions and concerns in acourteous and professional manner and referring them to the Night Manager.

Uphold luxury service standards through everyguest interaction.
