Junior Project Manager Visual Merchandising (mfd) (Part-time)

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager Visual Merchandising (m/f/d) to join our Team as soon as possible. The position is limited until 31.05.2027 and part-time.

What you can expect:

• Responsible for the correct management and calculation of all VM items in the Store Structure List of every type of store/shop design for all BOSS and HUGO brand lines. This includes also the creation of new SSLs when new store designs appear. Or adjusting the existing ones due to business needs
• Responsible together with the Senior Global VMs and Space Allocation team for the correct calculation of density for all merchandise (both hanging as well as folded items) in all brand lines in all store/shop designs
• Responsible for the VMPs (VM products) such as all mannequins bust forms hangers (signage) displays trays our catalogue as well as the POS storytelling which runs via pre-orders. The management of the development and roll-out of our VM props in good quality and in a timely manner together with all key stakeholders from GSD and the markets
• Direct contact partner/point person for Global VM towards: GSD (design architects window design WD Execution team) Brand Units teams markets VMs and other Global VM team members
• Interface for internal and external HB incl. global VM network and (possibly) sometimes to an external production agency
• Ability to adapt strategies and processes quickly and efficiently to get best results. E.g. order VMP process optimization SSL/DCC and excellent knowledge of Excel

Your profile:

• Excellent skill set in Microsoft office mandatory especially Excel
• Affluent communication skills English & German (wished)
• Independent problem solver
• Good organizational skills
• Experience in a similar PM position preferred
• Some allround Visual Merchandising knowledge preferred
