What youll need
Qualifications
Canadian PhD from an accredited university in one of the following fields:
Human Resource Management
Business Administration (HR specialization) OR
Canadian Masters degree in Human Resource Management with a CPHR designation
Preferred Candidates Will Have
Experience in curriculum development and course design in HRM
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Canadian higher education
Familiarity with accreditation or regulatory frameworks (e.g. ACBSP MPHEC)
Strong understanding of contemporary HR practices and competencies
Experience reviewing or approving academic programs is an asset
