Job Summary
Essential Functions

- Operate and monitor 8-head embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products
- Load align and secure garments or materials onto machine hoops
- Set up machine designs thread colors and sequencing using embroidery software
- Perform routine machine maintenance including cleaning oiling and troubleshooting minor issues
- Inspect finished products for quality accuracy and consistency
- Manage thread changes bobbin replacements and machine adjustments during production runs
- Maintain production schedules and meet daily output targets
- Keep work area clean organized and safe
- Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisor
- Bag and labels apparel properly for inventory or shipping to customer

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
Able to lift at least 40 pounds.
Able to work in a warehouse environment for an extended amount of time
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Full time; 40 hours per week

Required Education and Experience
- Previous experience operating multi-head embroidery machines (Ricoma preferred)
- Knowledge of embroidery techniques digitizing basics and thread types
