Job Description:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic setting. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitative care focused on improving mobility reducing pain and restoring functional independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Manage a caseload of approximately 1214 patients per day
Maintain productivity target of 60 visits per week
Document patient progress accurately and timely
Collaborate with healthcare team members
Float to nearby clinics if required

Requirements:

Outpatient experience preferred
New graduates accepted
First-time travelers accepted
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to meet productivity expectations
