Throughout the 12-week program you will collaborate with some of the best in the industry receive on-the-job training participating in professional development workshops executive speaker series and other networking and social events!
How Youll Help Us Connect the World
As a Process Engineering Intern you will be responsible for process improvements and waste reduction as part of the Cable and Connectivity Solutions Team. You will work closely with Process Engineering Quality and Operations to identify root causes and implement solutions. This role will be based in Claremont NC.
You Will Make an Impact By
- Reviewing Raw Material scrap and initiating plans for reduction
- Implementation of Statistical Summary for ISPF reels with traceability
- Taymer Print Vision training program for Operations
- Support Daily Operations
Required Qualifications for Consideration
- Actively pursuing a bachelors (upcoming sophomores juniors & seniors) or masters degree in the following mechanical electrical or industrial engineering from an accredited university
- Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Experience with 3D CAD software
- Must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
