We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Lead - HD Trainer in our Troy Ohio facility.

In this position the successful candidate will be responsible to:

• Secondary auditor for monitoring phone calls to ensure exceptional customer service.

• Create Word documents PowerPoint presentations and training materials in support of training

initiatives.

• Assisting with and proofing Customer Service communications.

• Track training and compile metrics.

• Auditing new employee tasks to ensure accuracy.

• Back up Customer Service Training Coordinator as needed.

• Responsible for training all new Home Depot hires on essential job functions including phone

training.

• Identify training needs for existing employees and conduct necessary training.

• Create and maintain departmental SOPs.

• Work closely with Home Depot supervisors to meet departmental training needs.

• Maintain working knowledge of all Home Depot CSR functions and processes.

• Demonstrate a level of professional customer service that ensures our customers needs are met and they are delighted to do business with us.

• Other duties as assigned.

  Qualifications:

1. Education: High school diploma and at least 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

2. Experience: Customer Service experience telephone and strong computer skills (including Microsoft Office). Typing 40 wpm. Good organizational skills.
