Programmeds Facility Management department are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinatorto join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a high performing team thatis responsible for providing maintenance tothe facilities throughout the this role you will contribute to the team by building relationships with key contacts stakeholders and service providers while ensuring the scheduled maintenance is adhered to. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that Programmed Facility Management Policies and Processes are adhered to
• Ensure that the planned maintenance schedule is adhered to
• Communicate with and schedule subcontractor jobs to ensure SLAs are met
• Management of budget/forecast
• Prepare client reporting
• Develop an excellent working relationship with the client
• On site interaction with key stakeholders and subcontractors
• Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure a quality experience
  
  

About you

To be successful in this role ideally you will have experience facilitiesadministration a can-do attitude knack for people engagement and a drive for top-notch service delivery. Additionally you will demonstrate and possess the following:

• Strong customer service and administration skills and experience
• Experience in the management of sub-contractors and suppliers favourable
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Well-developed skills in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• A strong customer focus and an ability to build strong customer relationships
• An ability to work autonomously within a team environment
