1. 定期檢查客戶樓層內的通訊室/電氣室和其他機電設施在預定的檢查表中記錄所有信息
2. 對通訊室和其他樓層與運營相關的機電服務提供即時回應和支持
3. 協助處理所有常規機電問題並提供降低風險的建議
4. 協調一般維修要求修理和現場檢查
5. 及時專業地回應客戶投訴
6. 定期檢查設備以識別問題
7. 在預防性維護期間進行供應商管理和監督包括承包商現場簡報
8. 協助管理供應商進行任務的訪問控制
9. 保持補充庫存記錄並支持BMS操作
10. 支持購買消耗品如燈具和管件以確保充足庫存
11. 執行木工電力通風水和排水的基本故障排除
12. 協助活動設置包括擺放椅子和桌子
13. 遵守EHS規定使用安全工具工作平台和個人防護設備
14. 能夠獨立工作並處理緊急呼叫具備計算機技能為佳
15. 按要求自行執行成本節省計劃
16. 確保在日常運營中始終保持適當的著裝和有禮貌的態度
