Principal Accountabilities
Check Inventory and load-out schedule
Prepare and check machines
Follow steps for load-out
Ensure Hopper cars are working and safe
Clean and prepare work stations
Perform essential housekeeping task including cleaning and shoveling even in challenging conditions to ensure a sanitary and safe environment for all
Required Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need of a Visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
- Must read write and communicate effectively in English
Basic Computer skills
Ability to perform physical task such as lifting standing and walking for extended periods
Must be able to work weekends
Must provide work history for further consideration
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Cargill Experience
Experience working in challenging conditions
Experience working with organic material
