• Job Scope:
  • Under the direction of supervisorcompletes a variety of tasks to achieve a functional and pleasant outdoor area. They may also care for indoor gardens and plants in public and commercial facilities such as botanical gardens malls and hotels.
• Job Requirements:
  • MUST have prior experience with lawn company
  • Must be able to pass drug screen
  • Must be able to pass background check
• Required Skills:
  • Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers leaf blowers and hedge trimmers.

• Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and preparing a job site
  • Apply pesticides to remove harmful insects such as mosquitos wasps and ticks.
  • Works in collaboration with architects and garden designers to ensure clients expectations are met
  • Conduct general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways fixing fountains and other duties.
    • Mowing edging and fertilizing lawns
    • Weeding and mulching landscape beds
    • Trimming small trees hedges and shrubs
    • Removing unwanted dead or damaged trees
    • Maintains the landscape design and structures in it
  • Planting shrubs flowers and trees
  • Ensures the growth of flowers and other ornamental plants through the use of fertilizer and plant friendly chemicals
    • Maintains already existing irrigation systems ensures that the flowers and plants are watered adequately
    • Monitoring and maintaining plant health
    • Watering gardens lawns and landscapes
  • Maintain equipment in safe and good working condition.
  • Execute daily work instructions received from Supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Maintain the work area clean safe and organized.
  • Lift and carry merchandises/materialas needed.
  • Assist in waste disposal and recycling activities.
  • Inspect merchandise upon delivery to identify any damages.
  • Mange house keeping activities when requested.
  • Cleanup work area and equipment after work is completed.
  • Practicesafety procedures in accordance with training and guidelines when working.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 LBS
  • Good stamina & physical health
  • Ability to work outdoors in harsh weather conditions (heat cold dusty dirty and/or wet conditions)
  • Must be able to stand bend stoop squat or kneel regularly as well as climb stairs and ladders to complete tasks
• Documents Required:
  • Drivers License/Identification
  • Social Security Card/Birth Certificate
• MUSTbe able to provide PPE (Hard hat steel toes safety glasses & gloves)
• MUST have reliable transportation.
• Pay:
  • $15.00
  • Weekly Pay
  • Pay Schedule: Monday - Sunday
• Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday (weekends as needed)
    • 530 AM - Until Completion
    • Must be flexible
• Duration of Job: Temp to Hire
