Physical Therapist New Grads Welcome to Apply

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Lake Oswego OR. As a Physical Therapist you will lead patient care initiatives and work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional rehabilitation services.

• Evaluate patients conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Perform detailed physical therapy assessments and document patient progress
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols and rehabilitation programs
• Supervise and coordinate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff
• Maintain accurate patient records using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
• Communicate treatment plans and progress with patients families and healthcare providers
• Develop and adjust therapeutic exercise programs based on patient needs
• Provide patient and caregiver education regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications :

• Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
• Current Oregon State Physical Therapy license
• Valid CPR certification
• APTA certification preferred
• Proven clinical experience in physical therapy
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities
• Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills
• Strong understanding of anatomy physiology and biomechanics
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with insurance documentation and billing procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development

Additional Information :

Compensation Range: $80000 - $100000 Based on Experience plus up to $5K Sign-on bonus!
