We are looking foryoung talented and motivated hospitality professionalsto join ourVIP Paddock Club Catering Teamat theFormula one Grand PrixinBelgium. 

As part of our elite service crew you will help deliver aworld-class hospitality experienceto VIP guests from around the world at the Circuit of Spa-Francorchamps. 

This is a unique opportunity to work at one of the biggest sporting events and be part of an international hospitality team. 

Location: Circuit of Spa-Francorchamps
15th till 19th of July 2026

Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver high-qualityfood and beverage servicein VIP hospitality areas 

• Serve guests across alarge section of tablesduring luxury hospitality events 

• Host and assist VIP guests ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the event 

• Maintainexcellent personal presentation and professional service standards 

• Assist withsetting up hospitality areasto meet premium event standards 

• Support theset-upof the venue before the event 

• Support thedismantling and breakdownof the venue after the event 

• Work efficiently as part of afast-paced high-performance team environment 

Qualifications :

• A genuinepassion for hospitality and guest service we want team members who actively enjoy welcoming and engaging with our VIP guests 

• Ability to performdrink service food running and table maintenanceto a high standard 

• Previous hospitality or restaurant experienceis an advantage 

• Aprofessional presence on the floorwith strong attention to detail and personal presentation 

• A strongteam-player mentality we succeed together and support each other throughout the event 

• Adaptable and flexible attitude live events can be fast-moving and unpredictable so you should be ready to enjoy the ride 

• Ability to work confidently in abusy fast-paced environment where quality comes first 

• Fluent English is required as both the team and our guests will be international
