Job Summary
Ardenwoods Retirement Community is hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Tech
BEAUTIFUL CAMPUS! FULL BENEFITS AFTER 30 DAYS!
The Maintenance Tech is responsible for preventative maintenance routine servicing seasonal repairs and other duties related to keeping resident apartments and the Ardenwoods Community in top shape. A general knowledge of appliance repair plumbing .electrical and painting needed. HVAC experience is a plus and candidate must have excellent customer service skills.
Schedule includes Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30
