Job Title: - Test Automation Engineer

Job Type: - Permanent

Exp Required: -4- 5 years

Job Location: - Bangalore

Job Description:

Experience: 45 years total in software testing with at least 2 years in end-to-end test automation using Cypress or Playwright.

Professional Summary:

A skilled and detail-oriented Test Automation Engineer with 4 years of experience in designing implementing and maintaining automated test frameworks.

Proven expertise in end-to-end testing using modern tools such as Cypress or Playwright with a strong focus on delivering high-quality software in agile environments.

We prefer candidates with deep understanding of testing strategies for complex web applications particularly in payment systems and/or e-commerce platforms.

Key Skills:

• End-to-end test automation using Cypress and/or Playwright (2 years)
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Familiarity with API testing (REST etc)
• Solid understanding of test design test data management and test reporting
• Exposure to performance testing and security testing is a plus
• Agile methodologies

Domain Expertise is a plus:

• Payments: Experience testing payment gateways transaction flows and fraud detection mechanisms
• Webshops/E-commerce: Familiarity with shopping cart flows checkout processes and inventory systems

Education:

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
