Job Summary

FLINT is seeking Multi-skilled Equipment Operators with dewatering experience for a permanent project position in Fort McMurray AB starting May 7 2026. This position will include groundwork. In this position you will enjoy a 7/7 schedule camp accommodations or local flights provided from Calgary or Edmonton and benefits after 300 hours worked.

Qualifications :

Minimum 1 year experience multi-skilled
Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- CSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada)
Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
Must be willing to do groundwork.
Pipe fusing experience is an asset
Able to train on new equipment when requested.
Able to provide a clean 5-year drivers abstract with less than 6 demerits.
Proficient in English both written and verbal communication required.

Additional Information :

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
