Were looking for aproven automotive sales professional with dealership experience who is currently producing and looking for a stronger store better opportunity and consistent traffic.

This is a good fit for someone who knows how to manage their pipeline work a deal from start to finish and wants to be in an environment where there are real opportunities in front of themnot just chasing leads.

Youll be working with new luxury vehicles along with a strong mix of certified pre-owned (CPO) and pre-owned inventory giving you multiple ways to structure deals and close business.

What Youll Be Doing

• Guide customers through the purchase or lease process from start to finish
• Present and demonstrate new CPO and pre-owned vehicles
• Handle showroom traffic internet leads and follow-up
• Build long-term relationships and generate repeat/referral business
• Work with finance parts and service to deliver a strong overall customer experience

What Were Looking For
Automotive sales experience is required along with a track record of producing and hitting goals. You should be someone who communicates well carries yourself professionally and is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-starter with an organized results-driven approach
• Willing to learn product inside and out and continuously improve
• Comfortable working flexible hours including weekends
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Use of personal laptop required
