Director of Wellness

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a clinically strong and people-focused Director of Wellness (DOW) to lead health services within our senior living community. We prefer an RN; however qualified LPN candidates with strong leadership experience are encouraged to apply (in accordance with state-specific regulations).

This role is ideal for a nurse leader who takes ownership of clinical outcomes acts with integrity remains focused on resident safety and believes our culture truly matters.

What Youll Do

• Oversee all clinical services and resident care operations

• Ensure compliance with state-specific regulations and company policies

• Lead Health Services Evaluations (HSEs) and service planning

• Monitor quality indicators incident trends and change-of-condition processes

• Supervise and develop LPNs CNAs Med Techs and caregivers

• Manage medication systems pharmacy partnerships and documentation standards

• Support family communication and care conferences

• Prepare for and participate in regulatory surveys and quality audits

• Drive a culture of safety integrity and clinical excellence

What Were Looking For

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing (state-specific requirements apply)

• Multi-state experience a plus

• Previous leadership experience in senior living assisted living or long-term care preferred

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and clinical operations

• Experience supervising and coaching clinical team members

• Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lead with accountability and professionalism
