Were looking for a professional aspirational Assistant GeneralManager to join our Senior Management team. This is a hands-on role with mostof your time spent on the floor training and supporting the Front of Houseteam.
The role is full time.

About the role
Keyresponsibilities:
Support develop and motivate the Front of House team.
Train new members of staff ensuring our exacting standardsare understood and upheld at all times.
Work closely with our Events Manager General Manager andkitchen team to keep everything running smoothly.
Run pre-shift briefings to set the tone providing the teamwith everything they need to succeed.
Provide cover for GMs absence (holidays etc.).
Manage the rota knowing when to adjust based on businessneeds.
Manage restaurant bookings (online phone email) to ensurewe are maximising our table plan.
Deliver exemplary while still friendly and relaxed guestservice.
Lead by example and ensure our service style stays sharpfriendly and consistent.
Organise the restaurants larger bookings.
About you
Theideal candidate is someone who shares our commitment to quality hospitalityand who enjoys working in fast-paced customer-facing role.
Essential:
At least 1 year experience in a busy fresh food environment.
Previous experience with leadership/managementresponsibilities.
Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with bothrestaurant guests and collegues.
Calm under pressure with a can-do attitude.
Keen interest in hospitality and a genuine love for good foodand drink.
Efficient with a keen eye for detail.
