Following a comprehensive induction programme our Paid Search Junior Associates rapidly build a balanced portfolio of clients that vary by size and industry and from there you will begin to work on campaigns for our globally-renowned clients.

Key Accountabilities:
Innovative Campaign Assistance:Assistin the implementation of high quality innovative campaignson Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Daily Quality Checks:Accurately completequalitychecks to ensurewe deliver world class campaigns for clients in line with strategy.
Client Growth:Provide support across optimisationonclient activity and support the team inclient growth.
Performance Analysis:Responsible for the generation of reports andinsightfulanalysison effectiveness of campaigns.
QualifiedJunior Associate:Completion of all relevant training and accreditation e.g. GoogleMicrosoft.
Industry Trends:Keeping up withwhatshappening in the world ofmediamarketingand PPC; trendspotting for clients as well as staying up to date on platform updates that may be relevant.
Excellent Communication:Relationship buildingandcommunication with clients internal teamsmedia ownersand industry partners.
What are we looking for in you
Highly effective communication skills both verbal and written are key for this role.
We expect you to havea high levelof personal responsibility for the work that you complete.
The ability to follow processes multitask and prioritise work accordingly is important.
High levelof numeracy and literacy is essential due to the nature of the role being analytical and client-facing.
Well-developed logicproblem-solvingand reasoning skills including an aptitude for data analysis.
Able to work under pressure with attention to detail as we thrive from being a centre of excellence and provide error-free work for our clients.An eye for detail is key!
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a team; building relationships with your stakeholders is key to being successful at dentsu.
Experience in Excel would be preferable but not mandatory.
A strong senseof professionalism commercialism and a deep respect for others.

Training:From your first day you will embark on our extensive training programme. You will quickly be introducedPaid Searchthrough in-personand virtualclassroom sessions online training and various workshops. You will be assigned abuddywho is dedicated to your learning and alongside your manager and the Academy Teamwillassistyou with any questions you may have.
Data:Youllbe working with large sets of data from the beginning of yourdentsucareer!Fromthe outset you will be spending time in Excel to learn where your campaign may need optimisationandspend timeanalysing your data.
Campaign Builds:It will be your responsibility to get a briefing from the client on how they would like to build their campaign. You will advise on our best practice and then build it fromscratchorsometimes improve upon existing campaigns. Additionally you will have increased opportunities toassistwider teams with analysispieces.
ConsultativeWork:Youllfoster strong professional relationships with your clients keeping in regular contact with them through a variety of mediums whether this is through consistent email communication weekly phonecallsor sometimes regular face-to-face meetings. You will utilise your skills to understand your clients goals andobjectivesandas your relationship building skills progress you could find yourself having increased involvement in your clients strategic decisions.
Tools and Platforms:As a Paid Search Junior Associate you willneed to become extremely familiar and confident working withnumerousplatforms the most common being Google Ads and Microsoft Excel. Through ourtraining programme you will alsohave the opportunity totake several courses to improve and enhance your skills on a variety of other platforms.
