Talent Acquisition Specialist Recruiter
Job Summary
- Talent Sourcing: utilize various sourcing methods including online job boards professional networks and referrals to identify and attract top talent
- Screen interview and assess candidates to evaluate their qualifications skills and expertise ensuring they meet the specific requirements of each position
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection and market trends
- Stay up to date with industry trends market conditions and hiring practices to develop effective recruitment strategies
- Provide a positive and professional experience to candidates throughout the recruitment process ensuring clear communication and timely feedback
- Negotiate offers and conduct reference checks
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter in a technical industry within large corporations
- Experience in Middle East is a must with focus on GCC markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to partner with the business
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment handling multiple positions simultaneously
- Excellent English language skills
