The Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Analyst to be inserted in the organization of our Issuing Division based in Milan. You will be in the lead for the requirements gathering and will support the senior experts for the project implementation and maintenance of the Issuing platforms running on different tecnological environments. Issuing Division activities consist in creating new services or enhancing/maintaining existing services to cope with clients demand in different European locations (Italy France Belgium The Netherland Finland Germany..) dedicated to issuing processing while providing third level support for running business. As the focus for this position will be the European market we are searching for an Analyst with a deep undestaing of the payment business an outstanding background in banking sector and speaking fluent Italian and English (mother tongue or a C1 in Italian) the role requires the availabiolity for face-to-face meetings with our Italian Euoropean clients

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• You will be in direct contact with our Italian and international clients helping in the definition of new opportunities and addressing customer requests toward the WL teams
• You will gather and elicitate clients requirements based on input of internal and external clients/stakeholders
• You will coordinate the requirements engineers for the requirements elicitation
• You will design a solution in close alignment with the Solution Architects and Information Analysts/Engineers
• You will evaluatee the impact of the solution including budget estimations for all involved stakeholders including external suppliers
• You will cooperate with many development and testing teams from different departements

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change step up and show whats next people with passion can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and practice this means:

• You can have a degree in economic or scientific areas first class scores
• Youve got substantial knowledge in E-Payment market credit cards schemas (VISA and MC) credit cards lifecycle and Italian banking segment.
• Ability in team working communication and presentation skills conflicts management stress tollerance.
• Motivation and passion for new opportunities goals driven initiatives innovations and challanges conducted in a cooperative and international environment.
• Excellent in requirement engineering solutions definitions and analitic approach. Expertise in Scrum framework is a plus
• You are leaving in Italy for client proximity and for supporting face to face meetings with the Italian clients
• You master written and spoken Italian and English (C1). Other languages (spanish in particular) are appreciated
• 5/10 years working in Information Technology and E-payment sector
