PositionOverview:TheOutside Sales Associate willbe responsible forwinning new accounts and expanding revenue by owning thenew salescycle fromprospectingrelationshipdevelopment with new and existing accounts presentationsthroughthe closure process.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and win new business through calls email networking and events

  • Deliver impactful presentations that clearly communicate value

  • Build strong client relationships from first contact through long-term partnership

  • Manage leads client details and activity in CRM systems

  • Collaborate with Inside Sales to drive demos follow-ups and conversions

  • Follow up on referrals and event-generated leads

  • Advise clients on leasing financing and fleet solutions

  • Ensureaccuratedocumentation billing details and smooth deal handoffs

  • Maintain consistent value-driven communication to grow accounts

  • Partner cross-functionally to support client success and retention

Requirements:

  • Experience with consultative selling and tailoring solutions to client needs

  • Proven ability to build trust and develop long-term client relationships

  • Strongpresentation negotiation and closing skills with senior decision-makers

  • Highly disciplined with excellent follow-through and accountability

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service-driven environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach

  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive action-oriented mindset

  • Effective problem-solving skills especially in time-sensitive situations

  • Proficiencywith CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) fleet software and Excel
