PositionOverview:TheOutside Sales Associate willbe responsible forwinning new accounts and expanding revenue by owning thenew salescycle fromprospectingrelationshipdevelopment with new and existing accounts presentationsthroughthe closure process.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and win new business through calls email networking and events
Deliver impactful presentations that clearly communicate value
Build strong client relationships from first contact through long-term partnership
Manage leads client details and activity in CRM systems
Collaborate with Inside Sales to drive demos follow-ups and conversions
Follow up on referrals and event-generated leads
Advise clients on leasing financing and fleet solutions
Ensureaccuratedocumentation billing details and smooth deal handoffs
Maintain consistent value-driven communication to grow accounts
Partner cross-functionally to support client success and retention
Requirements:
Experience with consultative selling and tailoring solutions to client needs
Proven ability to build trust and develop long-term client relationships
Strongpresentation negotiation and closing skills with senior decision-makers
Highly disciplined with excellent follow-through and accountability
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service-driven environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach
Strong organizational skills with a proactive action-oriented mindset
Effective problem-solving skills especially in time-sensitive situations
Proficiencywith CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) fleet software and Excel
