Communications Manager, AWS Professional Services

As a Communications Manager you will have the opportunity to deliver high quality communication services to the AWS Professional Services Team.

You will enhance our existing communication channels and discover new AI innovations that enable us to make real-time updates provide topical messages and link our employees (past present and future) to the information they need and want to know.

Key job responsibilities
* You will manage the content strategy for AWS Professional Services partnering with cross- functional teams to drive key themes messages and channels;
* Proactively build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders across a range of businesses and geographies;
* Translate nuanced and complex business topics into communications content and strategies that drives engagement with our AWS employees;
* Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications through AI digital analytics surveys and other key performance indicators;
* Partner with other communications peers from across AWS on unified messaging and initiatives that include multiple organizations.

- 4 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience creating brand marketing content

- Experience using customer research hard data and metrics to back up assumptions generate forecasts and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email web analytics and CRM (Marketo Tableau Salesforce etc.) for targeting segmentation reporting for demand generation

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
