WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
If you meet the following criteria we want you as our Field Industrial Sales Representative!
- Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred (sales management marketing) OR 5 years of related experience
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- 2 years of industrial hydraulic fluid power sales experience
- 5 years of success generating sales in new markets
- Experience with sales management marketing and technical sales
- Extensive knowledge of the function and associated with manufacturing (OEM) hydraulic mobile equipment
- Ability to communicate collaborate and present on Microsoft Teams as needed
- Effective communication skills
- Technologically savvy and willing to learn new applications and approaches
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to help and teach team members
- Willingness to participate in required training
Advanced knowledge of Epicor SharePoint and Microsoft 365 suite is a plus.

DAY-TO-DAY
This is a fulltime position Monday through Friday working 8 am to 4 pm.
In this role youll spend your days connecting with customers uncovering new opportunities and strengthening existing relationships. Youll prospect present tailored solutions negotiate pricing close deals and collaborate with internal teams all while tracking performance and growing your territory through proactive valuefocused selling.
